The TechSmith Relay server will undergo a period of Maintenance on Wednesday November 15, 2017, from 8:00 am to 11:45 am. During this time, the server will appear offline and be unavailable to receive and encode recordings.

All recordings will remain on the local client computers until the server comes back online, at which point they will automatically upload to the Tech Relay Server for encoding. No additional steps or attention are required to upload these files when the TechSmith Relay server is restored. Computers with recordings awaiting uploads that are still powered on will upload automatically. Computers that have been powered off will resume upload automatically upon next power up.
