On Monday January 9, between 6pm and 9pm, the Call Xpress voicemail system serving Centrex subscribers at UTSG, UTSC, and UTM will undergo some minor maintenance. During this maintenance period, the system will continue to accept voicemail from callers; however, at several points during the maintenance window the system is expected to reject subscriber attempts to retrieve voicemail, while some specific maintenance tasks are being performed. All voicemails received during the maintenance period will be retained and will be available to subscribers following the maintenance period. It is possible that subscribers retrieving voicemail between 6pm and 9pm may have their voicemail session terminated. Please do not be alarmed should you experience this.
