Investigating - Some users have noticed that MFA behaves slightly differently on Weblogin since the upgrade. This appears to the user as fewer MFA challenges than expected. Staff are aware of the issue and are working to install a fix.

Additionally, some service providers are configured to redirect the user to https://idpz.utorauth.utoronto.ca/ after logout. The old version of Weblogin had an informational page detailing how the user should close their browser to completely log out. The new version only displays ‘UTSSO’ on a white background. The previous informational version should be restored shortly.

Update - As part of ongoing efforts to mitigate the current issues, Microsoft Product Group working on fixing reported Teams Shifts affected.

Unfortunately, the initial deployment of Tenant wide fix was rolled back due to an incident involving another Graph Partner.
A new deployment started Thursday night, and if everything progresses as expected, it should reach 100% of the tenants by approximately February 7th.

Scheduled - The ORION and GoCo Network Operations Centre team will be performing fibre maintenance on the UofT Broad Connect connection at 151 Front Street on Wednesday April 3rd from 09:00am-09:30am. During this maintenance window, active/new VoIP inbound/outbound calls, as well as SIP registration traffic may be impacted. The estimated downtime is less than 5 minutes.

Preparatory testing of the work plan to be included in the March 27th. maintenance window has uncovered that the time allotted will need to be increased. As a result, work will now commence at 9:00 a.m. rather than the originally announced 10:00 a.m. There is a possibility that additional time may also be required after the scheduled 1:00 p.m. completion and we will communicate further changes as necessary. We apologize for the additional disruption in service while this necessary maintenance is completed.

Scheduled maintenance will be performed on the University's REDCap instance at https://redcap.utoronto.ca between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27 in order to complete necessary application updates.
