Our VoIP provider will be performing an emergency database enhancement to the OSS/BSS web portal between October 20, 2021 from 10:00 PM EST to Oct 21, 2021 12:00 AM EST. As a result the emergency call display dashboard: https://utoronto.myossbss.com will not be accessible during this 2-hour maintenance window.
