Information Security and Network Operations staff will remove the proof-of-concept firewall from the University’s Internet connection on Monday, Jan. 20 starting at 7 AM with completion by 7:30. Momentary interruption of network connectivity may occur.

Information Security will begin online testing of an Internet perimeter firewall tomorrow morning (Jan. 9) at 7:00 AM. The testing period extends to Jan. 17, 5:00 PM. There is no expected loss of connectivity or performance degradation during the test period.
