As part of our regular maintenance program, ESC will be upgraded to the latest version of the ServiceNow platform on Thursday, May 7, 2020, beginning at 1:00AM. We anticipate that the upgrade will be complete by 4:00AM. During this time, there will be temporary service disruptions to ESC services. We recommend that you do not attempt to log into ESC during this time and/or log out of any open sessions. Thank you for your understanding.
