Resolved
The Slow Internet / VOIP issues have been resolved. We have implemented a temporary workaround to restore full connectivity. ITS staff will continue to investigate the root cause and implement a permanent fix.

Please note that ITS has received reports of slow internet services, including VOIP and web Services. The issue is with the IPS and support staff are working towards resolution.

This incident affected: Enterprise Networks (Campus Backbone Network), Web Services (CMS, Enterprise Search, LAMP Hosting Service, UofT Home Page, Other), and Telecommunications (GoCo/BroadConnect VoIP – Polycom Devices).
