The incident reports have been isolated to users running a version of Mac OS X prior to 10.12.1 due to issues surrounding an expired security certificate on the local machine. More details are emerging however users experiencing the described problem can attempt to resolve the issue by updating the operating system to a later version.

Users may receive a certificate warning when attempting to log in to Quercus (q.utoronto.ca). The service provider has been notified and is investigating the issue.
