On Friday, July 25, between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m., ACORN will experience a high volume of enrolments and the system may perform more slowly.

Students:
You will be restricted from accessing some ACORN functions while the system is in Peak Load Mode. If you are enrolling on this day, please be patient and only press “enrol” once – your request will be completed and you will receive a confirmation. For enrolment questions, contact your registrar for support.

Staff Members:
Please avoid running any ROSI-related processes that might place any additional burden on the system.

Processes to avoid include: 

· ROSI downloads
· ROSI batch jobs
· ROSI admissions correspondence batch printing
· ROSI Express reports
· Degree Explorer reports and program assessments
· Student Records Web Services (SRWS) API
· RXP REST API

ROSI-REPLICA on MI will remain accessible during this time for queries and reports.
